Your subscription includes unlimited contacts, users and emails, there are no hidden costs. However, within the system there are optional in-app purchases you can make including Whatsapp. In addition, when you send emails a wallet charge of approximately £7.65 is triggered to cover your email costs. The wallet is topped up when your balance hits zero and covers over 14,000 emails. If you want to enjoy the benefits of sms simply buy a number from as little as £1.10. Some AI features incur an additional charge but all charges are displayed before purchase and are completely optional additions alongside the hundreds of features that are already included in your monthly subscription.
